Every Tuesday evening after work, I come home and I work on my blog.
I upload photos off my camera.
I select a reasonable number of those photos (usually around 7-9) to edit.
I bring the selected photos into Photoshop for some mild tweaks in terms of levels and colour tones.
I upload the edited photos to WordPress and finally, write a blog post to go along with them and the recipe.
It is currently Tuesday evening at 10:56pm.
I don’t usually start this late…
Don’t adjust your monitors, this dessert does in fact look eerily similar to last week’s.
I almost didn’t make it for fear that it would appear that I didn’t actually update, but I had to make these.
Last Thursday was Pi Day. And on Pi Day you make pie.
And if you have a lot of folks to share with on Pi Day, making a standard sized pie is insufficient, and instead you must make an entire sheet of pie bars.
Which happen to look a lot like Spiced Oat and Pear Blondies.
Whatever, one cannot have too much baked fruit and oat streusel.
I have a terrible guilty pleasure.
Gossip Girl is a terrible show.
Really… really terrible. There are times I can’t look directly at it because I can’t believe the horrific situation the writers have come up with for the characters this week.
But I can’t stop watching it.
I think there is a house in the Seattle area that has a mutually accepted offer between me, Trevor and a seller.
And by I think, I mean I just put my initials on a counter offer that the seller sent us.
Oh, sweet jeebees.
