If my account with T-Mobile is deactivated, does that also mean it’s cancelled?

I asked Google and Bing these questions and neither of them had a satisfactory answer. All the “answers” just told me all the information I already knew about Early Termination Fees. I’ve already come to terms with paying your silly fees, as long as you let me cancel my account.

So I went straight to the source and called T-Mobile themselves. Turns out, uttering the word “Representative” in order to speak with a representative (which the automated voice assured me was the correct thing to do) does not actually connect you with a representative, but instead rings the line twice and then proceeds to drop your call.

How convenient.

Can we talk for a second about guilty pleasures?

I’m more of a guy’s girl than a girly girl. Probably about 90% of my friends are male. I play video games, watch the hockey play-offs and can dole out the potty humour with the best of them. However, I am a sucker for girly TV shows & movies.

I’m a Charlotte, with a touch of Carrie.

I hope Allison is the next top model.

I have watched a certain movie that stars Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan approximately a hojillion times.

Pecan Date Bites

I’ve never baked with dates before. Not even the super standard Date Bars that most people have baked that aren’t me.

Did you know dates have pits? Don’t just take a knife and try to cut through them in one fell swoop. It will be bad. You know why? Because dates have pits. Cut around the pits.

It will go much better to cut around the pits. That is my point of advice to take home from this post, if nothing else. Continue reading
